History dates

In 1986 was created the first company of the group, ANPEL. S.A.L.

In 1988 ELECTRONICA ARANJUEZ. S.A. was created.

In 1993 TÉCNICA DE MANTENIMIENTO TEMANSA. S.L. was created

In 1994 ASPRO 94 joined the group as a management and mechanical engineering company.

In 1995 was introduced the mechanical and assembly work of ANPEL in to ASPRO 94.

In 1996 GLOBALEC MANTENIMIENTO VIAL. S.L. was created.

In 2001 TAJOSOLAR S.L. was created.

In 2007 the maintenance companies were segregated applying territorial criteria.
